After being closed in 1984, GothamWest Development and The Village Neighborhood Association collaborated to raise funds, obtain approvals and reconstruct The Village Park.  The park was redeveloped for a new generation of residents to help create more green space and a place for neighborhood families to gather and kids to experience city life.
