GothamWest Development completed this ground up new construction building in the winter of 2013.  This boutique condo building was constructed with unbeatable sophistication and style.   Each unit has a direct view of the adjacent Village Park.  

GothamWest Development and The Village Neighborhood Association collaborated to raise funds, obtain approvals and reconstruct The Village Park.  The park was redeveloped for a new generation of residents to help create more green space and a place for neighborhood families to gather and kids to experience city life.
